oikos Project Leadership Programme (PLP)

The Project Leadership Programme (PLP) is an action learning programme for oikos members. Participants about project management, team leadership and sustainability while working on their project idea. oikos accompanies students on this learning journey, providing coaching, knowledge and a great group of like-minded people. 

The PLP enables oikos students to realise their most exciting project ideas fostering sustainability entrepreneurship within the oikos network. oikos students hand in ideas for projects they want to realize during the coaching process. Three coaching meetings from April to October enable the participants to become the next generation of sustainability leaders. During the last meeting the projects are presented in front of the oikos student community, business representatives and oikos alumni. PLP participants  also benefit from having an oikos Alumni as a mentor, who can provide support throughout the project.

The oikos PLP 2008, 2009 and 2010 have already been successfully completed. Almost thirty oikos students have been coached through the realization process of their projects.
