"The oikos PLP has been a unique opportunity for me to meet visionary oikos project leaders from all over Europe and to share experiences in the development of a long-term project. It pushed my knowledge of project management in a holistic way and provided useful tools to run my project efficient and successfully. The feedback and coaching processes helped me to reflect on aims, impact and different ways of conducting a project. I can only recommend applying for the PLP 2009!"

The Project Leadership Programme (PLP) is an action learning programme for oikos members.
The PLP enables oikos students to realise their most exciting project ideas fostering sustainability entrepreneurship within the oikos network. oikos students hand in ideas for projects they want to realize during the coaching process of the PLP from March to September 2009.
Additionally a company is offering a case study - in 2009 the GLS Bank and the Institute for Social Banking ask: "What would it take to make a finance curriculum sustainable?".
Three coaching meetings from March to September 2009 enable the participants to become the next generation of sustainability leaders.
During the last meeting the projects will be presented in front of business representatives and oikos alumni.
Travel expenses are covered by oikos.
The oikos PLP 2008 has successfully been completed in October 2008. Ten oikos students have been coached through the realization process of their projects.
