The Project Development Fund Process

  1. Download the Guide for Project Proposals
  2. Answer the guiding questions carefully and develop a convincing project proposal (2)
  3. Hand in the proposal to the oikos International Executive Board (3)
  4. The Executive Board will discuss and evaluate proposals regularly (4)
  5. You will receive detailed feedback on your proposal (5)
  6. With the help of this feedback you can approach a) additional sponsors and b) oikos contacts that can help you in making your project a success (6)
  7. The Executive Board will decide if your project receives funds from the oikos PDF (7)
  8. You close the feedback loop with a short summary report on experiences with your project (highlights, do’s and don’t’s…) (8)
  9. Your learning will be included in future coaching processes (concrete process to be defined) (9)
