The participation fee is 40 Euro. With this money every participant contributes a small amount to the success of these meetings. In return, oikos covers costs for accommodation (Thursday to Sunday), beverages, food and public transport during the days of the meeting. oikos International does not cover transport costs to get to the conference venue and back home.
Residents of most countries outside of EEA need a visa to enter Poland. Although the visa application process could be a bit complicated in some cases, don't hesitate to come: We can help you to arrange a visa! Remember that the process of getting a visa needs time, eventually some weeks, so don't register too late if you need one.

For the nights during the Autumn Meeting (Thursday 7.10. - Friday 10.10.) rooms are booked for everyone attending the meeting. We will stay in the Camera Hostel, a really cool place where each room is designed with the topic of different movie. The hostel is just a few minutes walk from the metro station.
If you arrive before Thursday or leave after Sunday, you will have to book and pay for your accommodation for the additional nights yourself. You can book in the Camera Hostel or there is another hostel just around the corner, the Oki Doki Hostel.
