oikos Climate Curricula Challenge

Challenge 2009

oikos Chapters take the Climate Curricula Challenge and demonstrate that to make a difference, all we need is a good idea, motivation, engagement and open dialogue.

During the week of 19-23 of October 2009, Sylhet, Cologne, Graz and Witten/Herdecke organized successful events to discuss the threats and challenges of Climate Change and engaged students and faculty in the quest for a safe climate future. This first round of events wish to make a contribution to two important initiatives: the 350.org and planetcall.org, both with a strong mission of raising awareness for Climate Change and the need for a successful agreement in Copenhagen this December.
