oikos Project Leadership Programme (PLP)

The first coaching weekend in March

Ten Project Leaders from the oikos network met for the first coaching weekend 2008  in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) from March 28 to 30.

They formed a team and received first feedback on their project designs.

We tackled the challenges of the projects involved: How can the team from Hamburg establish criteria for a local sustainability guide for Hamburg? How can the team from Witten/Herdecke best interact with companies avoiding company talks. And how can an answer to the IKEA question: "what would it take to make IKEA sustainable within the next 20 years?" look like?

Have a look at the programme of our first meeting in order to get an overview of the sessions involved.

Solving the team task to line up in the order of the names without falling from the teeter-totter was a real challenge
