Constantin Göring (u.a. tätig bei der KfW und dem ICON-Institute) präsentiert einen möglichen Nachhaltigkeitsansatz im Schulbau am Beispiel Yemen. Er wird hier anhand einer „Cross sector and multi-institutional assessment study on school construction costs in Yemen“ das Lifecycle-Modell als Managementansatz in der Entwicklungshilfe fokussieren.
