
Liudmila Nazarkina (1983) holds a Masters degree in Strategic Management from the State University - Higher School of Economics in Moscow (Russia) and a Masters degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Université Paris XII (France). Liudmila’s background in sustainability has been developed through both professional and academic experience in Russia, France and, most recently, the UK, where she was a Risk and Corporate Responsibility Consultant with WorleyParsons. Liudmila also developed and delivered a course of lectures in Corporate Social Responsibility for the State University – Higher School of Economics.
At the University of St. Gallen, Liudmila’s research is focused on growth strategies of entrepreneurial firms in the sustainable lifestyle industry and is supervised by Prof. Christoph Müller (Swiss Research Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, University of St.Gallen) and Prof. Rolf Wuestenhagen (Institute for Economy and the Environment, University of St. Gallen). At oikos, Liudmila supports oikos Case Writing Competition and oikos Case Teaching Initiative.
