Case Challenge at Warsaw School of Economics

oikos Warsaw, together with an oikos PhD Fellow (Liudmila Nazarkina), organised a Case Challenge for students at Warsaw School of Economics.

A case study on the growth patterns of an entrepreneurial company in the organic drinks sector was chosen for the group discussion (Phoenix Organic: Valuing Sustainability While Desiring Growth).

Case Challenge participants split in several groups and presented their solutions to the case question in the elevator pitch format. Elevator pitch is a common method of presenting ideas in a short time period (usually 1-3 minutes) which is often used by investors looking for good deals. The term “elevator pitch” reflects the idea of conveying a concise and convincing message in the short time period of an elevator ride. All Case Challenge groups had fantastic ideas and it was great fun (and hopefully a useful training!) presenting these ideas in 3 minutes!
