oikos International has brought together advisors from the oikos network for a two-day Advisors Retreat to reflect on their role as advisors and the future of oikos.

Both advisors to oikos International and to several Local Chapters attended the inspiring and energising event held in the calm surrounding of the Kartause Ittingen, Switzerland, from March, 7 to 8. Besides advisors to several European chapters, the event was attended by an advisor from oikos Dhaka, Moshahida Sultana from BRAC university in Bangladesh.

 

The organisers, Lars Stein and Claude Siegenthaler, had put the event under the slogan 'leading an unmanagable organisation'. Participants reflected on their role and positioning in oikos, explored different styles of advising and coaching and worked on topics of their own choice in an open space session.

 

Thomas Schumacher moderated the event, and Klaus Elle provided his visual impressions in the form of various drawings.
